Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Secure Packaging

Place the timepiece in its original presentation box, including all warranty cards, manuals, and tags, then pack it securely inside a shipping box.

Attach Shipping Label

Affix the prepaid insured shipping label provided by our team to the exterior of the package to ensure your luxury item is protected during transit.

Inspection and Refund

Once our master watchmakers verify the watch's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
